How is the filming done?

Let us know a convenient time and we’ll visit your business, set everything up and record the interviews.

How long will it take?

To record 10 interviews it should take around one hour.

How many people will you interview?

As many as you like! We can interview each member of your staff so they can give a personal introduction (good for use on social media/your website), just the main staff talking about your products/services, and we can interview your customers, too.

I’m not much of an actor/am a little unsure about appearing on camera…

Don’t worry: the way we shoot our videos is really simple.

We just sit down and ask you questions with the camera off to the side and you just answer them the way you would talking to a customer. We’ll edit the parts of your interview together and edit out anything you aren’t happy with.

You can even have a friend or colleague sitting in the chair asking you the questions to make you feel completely at ease. Once we’ve done the first one or two you’ll be fine.

What kind of content will appear in the videos?

You decide the topics but we recommend giving an overview of your premium products and services to help your prospects make a decision as to which is the best fit for them. It’s also a good idea to address any common questions or concerns they may have.

Why are the videos only 1-2 minutes long?

To make the videos more user-friendly and “consumable,” we recommend keeping them relatively short – most video viewers prefer shorter videos and avoid watching longer ones.

We can still pack a lot of information into that time-span, and keeping the videos to a manageable length also relieves the person doing the talking of a lot of the pressure.

How do you brand the video to our practice?

We brand each video to you in the following 3 ways:

1. Each video will begin with a “stinger” – a brief introduction video profiling your practice name and logo

2. Each speaker will have a TV news-style “lower third” subtitle/caption pop-up at the bottom of the screen with their name and role at the practice

3. We’ll place a video card at the end of each video with your practice contact information clearly displayed

How is work delivered?

We’ll set up a YouTube channel for you and upload your videos there. Then we’ll provide you with the links to the channel and the individual videos.

Who creates the video?

Our professional in-house video team will film, edit and produce your videos.

What happens after I purchase?

You’ll receive a brief questionnaire where you can fill in the info needed to get started. It’s all very simple and only takes a couple of minutes.

What if we don’t like something in the video?

These are your videos so they should reflect your business in a way you feel comfortable with. If there’s something you don’t like in the videos, let us know and we’ll edit it out or use something else in its place – simple as that.

How do we schedule the video recording?

Just let us know when the most suitable times are for you and we’ll pick one of those and be there ready to set up and start.

Where should we film?

It’s good to record the videos in a room that make a good backdrop for the videos: perhaps somewhere where you work. However, your reception area could work well (especially if there’s some of your branding present so we can incorporate it into the background…)

Ideally we’ll be filming in a well-lit room (although we will bring lighting) that has a bit of space for the tripods and equipment.

How much will it cost?

We offer packs of 10, 15 or 20 videos.

The 10 video pack is £1,500 (£150/video)
The 15 video pack is £1,875 (£125/video)
The 20 video pack is £2,000 (£100/video)

If you find you want to record some extra videos on the day (that often happens once clients get into it!) we can fit that in for you.
